Roy Anderson is a movie director, well known internationally for the movies Songs from the Second Floor and You, The Living. The former movie won the jury prize at the Cannes Film Festival in 2000.

Over the years Anders Hellström have been working in several projects by Roy Andersson as a prop maker, including the movie You the Leaving and A Pigeon on a Branch – Reflecting on Existence
